We can help you plan your event or provide the finishing touches. We will set-up, serve, finish prepping the meal if needed, and complete the cleanup so you can fully enjoy your guests and event without the stress of being in the kitchen or organizing others.
The key to a successful party/event is always in the planning. We can assist with as few or as many of the details as you would like to help you create a memorable time. We want to help provide that peace of mind knowing that your entertaining needs will be met and run smoothly.

Party planning is offered to those who like to entertain, however may need assistance due to time constraints or would like some help with creative ideas. Our services include professional assistance with Southern Hospitality. During a preliminary phone conversation, we can discuss your needs, which will provide our planner enough information to determine the number of hosting helpers necessary so you can “Relax and Enjoy Your Own Party.”
Sweet on the South, LLC. (SOS) provides a variety of services:

Servers
Bartenders
Finish meal preparation for serving
Sit-down or buffet serving

Quinceanera celebrations – hosting helpers
Bar/Bat Mitzvah parties – hosting helpers

Our price is an hourly rate, with a four-hour minimum* Once you meet the minimum hours, you pay for each additional half-hour (or portion of) for the helpers. You are charged from time of arrival to time of departure. Our hosting helper will stay as long as you need unless dismissed, so you can “Relax and Enjoy Your Own Party.”
Tips on Tipping! If you care to give gratuity for excellent service you may do so and the “helpers” really appreciate it!
The current price schedule is based per hour:
Food Prep Helper - $30
Hosting Helper - $30
Bartender - $35
Consultant* - $40
Coordinator - $65
Pre-party set-up* - $30
Decorations* - $$

Depending on the type of event and number of guests this should be a helpful guide:
1-12 guests - 1 helper
13-33 guests - 2 helpers
34-49 guests - 3 helpers
50-64 guests - 4 helpers
65-84 guests - 5 helpers
85-99 guests - 6 helpers
Prices are subject to change with the cost of inflation.
*These are the exceptions to the four-hour minimum rate; consulting, pre-set up, and decorating are based on an hourly rate.
